Frank Windscreens & Tint (“we”, “us”) runs this website at frankwindscreens.com.au. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you contact us. If you call, text or message us, we receive the details you choose to share — usually your name, phone number, vehicle details and photos of the damage. We use them only to give you a quote and do the job.

When you visit the website. We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they look at and which buttons they tap (for example “Call” or “Text a photo”). Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser. It does not tell us who you are.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry, quote and carry out work, keep basic job records, and improve this website. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.

Who we share it with

Only with services we need to run the business — for example our phone and messaging providers and Google (for website analytics) — or where the law requires it.

Cookies and opting out

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The website still works without them.

Access, correction and questions

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by calling or texting 0431 185 183 or visiting us at 209 Bunda Street, Parramatta Park QLD 4870. If you are not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
